The Role

As a member of the dynamic Fidelity Supplier Management team, you will provide data analysis and reporting for the portfolio of strategic and operationally critical vendors. This role will have a strong focus with data analysis, data clean up, and report generation and distribution. You will collaborate and build effective working relationships with supplier managers to support the program objective to drive strategic direction, performance, and value.

The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent (and relevant) experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in an Operations, Business Analysis, and/or Data Analyst role
  • Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or QuickBase experience preferred
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • You have the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • You pay attention to detail, and have strong data analytics skills
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and consistently find a path through it
  • Exhibited skills in problem identification and resolution
  • Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and project management skills to navigate through high volume setting with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally with all levels of staff, management and other business partners
  • Data analytics, data mining, reporting, operations research and data manipulation experience preferred
  • Perform detailed data analysis to support vendor management operations
  • Partner with vendor mangers to identify and build effective recurring reporting and alerts to identify vulnerabilities or upcoming tasks
  • Perform database queries to analyze and validate data
  • Solve production related issues and engage with our Technology and Business partners to resolve when needed
  • Participate in Operations projects/initiatives involving multiple business partners and provide subject matter expertise
  • Review legacy data for accuracy and completeness
