Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify HR Specific IT related training needs via various active and passive channels
  • Ensure the training needs are delivered via appropriate means and channels
  • Ensure the utility of all products and features in scope is optimum. Plan and implement trainings to bridge this gap, if any
  • Maintain and report training status for stakeholders
  • Coordinate with users, super-users before and after each release to ensure that the changes are understood by target users as intended
  • Understand the IT project release framework
  • Should have prior experience of Coordinating IT specific trainings

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
