Job Summary:

The Associate Manager of Technical Packaging provides overall management of file set up, final art and design production for Vertical and Licensing packaging, product and retail guides.

You will report to the Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Associate Managers of Technical Packaging are the link between design and sourcing taking all concept files created by Graphic Design of Packaging & Branding to final production art, ready for domestic and overseas vendors
  • Managing all pre-flight tasks on assigned artwork, ensuring final art is accurate and complete
  • Structural engineering/design for products across all categories
  • Operate the sample making tools to develop sustainable packaging solutions
  • Partner with Sourcing and Tech teams, sharing new techniques and bet practices to ensure efficiencies of cost and delivery

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related work experience in Design, Packaging and Production
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote
  • Articulate, present, and sell ideas both in multiple settings.
  • Troubleshoot and continuous improvement process skills
  • Manage relationships with teammates and persuade others
  • Project manage assignments to maximize time and resources to ensure deadlines are met

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Design, Packaging and Production
