The Recruiter II job performs a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements. Under general supervision, this job is responsible for promoting the organization's image as a desirable place to work and attracting and recommending placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.
