Job Description
Responsibilities
- Hands on experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
- Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
- Assist with end user system updates and monitoring.
- Assist with user management. (Adding and deleting users from AD, working with emails, etc.)
- Monitor printers, copiers, and fax machines to make sure they are working properly and getting regular maintenance with the help vendor service
- Managing network issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware or software failure
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Diploma in IT or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity
- A customer-oriented attitude and dynamic personality
- Capability to work both independently and as a part of the team
- Excellent communication skills in English
