POST OF ASSOCIATE SPECIALIST (PROJECT MANAGEMENT) -RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, IGBU 

GENERAL SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the R&D Project Management Office for the Industrial division of respective R&D site of Ansell. This position will be responsible for maintaining the progress of project planning, collaborate and implementation of the tasks associated with the execution of IGBU R&D projects globally.

He/she will collaborate with R&D Site Leader, R&D Project Leaders, Global R&D PMO and Site OPS PMO, to ensure clear communication on project progress.

JOB ROLE

• Manage and track R&D project progress and timeline.
• Manage R&D Site’s document repository in Team Channel and R&D SharePoint.
• Monitor Replicon timesheet submission for monthly FTE analysis
• Guide R&D team with the use of appropriate project code.
• Collaborate with Global R&D PMO on project update and R&D new hire/resign
• Work closely with R&D Project leader to manage project timeline and progress.
• Improve Risk Management approach, particularly risk analysis and assist R&D project leader with risk analysis live document.
• Assist R&D Site with Trade Secret Protection Plan (TSPP).
• Improve/ Establish R&D Site’s document control system.
• Support Global R&D PMO with up-to-date input on Innovation Pipeline and NPD execution
• Monitor R&D Site YTD spend.
• Advise R&D Site Leader and Global R&D PMO regarding Site R&D spend.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Science discipline,
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Job Experience

• Atleast 2 years experience in Project management, in a technical field
• Experience working within a global matrix organization
• Experience in Product or process development preferred

Knowledge and Skills

• Working knowledge of StageGate or Project Management/PMP Principles
• Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Team)
• Project Portfolio Management Tools (Gant charts, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Risk matrix…)
