Member of a team engaged in building our future Defined Contributions Recordkeeping platform capabilities that helps millions of Fidelity’s customers prepare better for retirement while delivering industry best experiences. Member of an agile engineering scrum team working in a fast-paced environment, closely collaborating with product, architecture, and other engineering teams. We will provide a mentor for you as you learn to navigate your new role. We offer dedicated time each month to investigate new technologies.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field
• Passion for designing and building software applications
• Participates in formal reviews of architecture, design, and code
• Provides support for software releases into production environments
• Experience with Agile and Scrum Methodologies is appreciated
• Cloud certification such as AWS/Azure is a plus

• You have ability to understand and adapt to changing business priorities and technology advancements.
• You have ability to develop technical artifacts based on analysis of business and systems requirements.
• You have excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
