This role will have a focus on delivery but also process improvement for our assessment selection and some project work.
Day to day you will work with our hiring managers to develop innovative recruitment strategies, design project plans and deliver against volume (predominately technical) requirements
There is a real opportunity do some exciting activities with regards to integrating D&I into our attraction and selection activities. We're going to be looking at this person running with a lot of our TSS #techforall emerging talent activities so we want someone happy to attend jobs fairs, work experience sessions and events - someone who can craft compelling outreach communications with our Talent and Sourcing Partners and really bring their passion about Capita and life at TSS to people.
We're evangelical about tech accessibility and we want someone committed to helping make a tech career accessible for young people and under-represented groups.

So what skills do we think you need to bring this role to life?
First things first - We can teach tech. We're not looking for a Tech Recruiter! What we need is someone who is curious and can ask questions to really understand what the customer need is and then propose solutions and approaches.
This person could be running with a number of critical hires, multiple intakes and projects at any one time and so we need someone super organised, with a laser focus on service excellence and delivering to the milestones that they have committed to.
Any exposure to running with a recruitment campaign/ project would be amazing. Any experience moving candidates en-masse through a process - even better!
There is a real opportunity to make a huge impact in this role!
