Capita have an exceptional opportunity for a highly capable client-side Associate Project Manager to join an expanding organization specializing in the Private High Rise Residential sector.

The successful Associate Project Manager will have the opportunity to work across a range of projects including strategic land developments, High Rise Residential projects across the UK and Europe.

The Project Manager will be required to take ownership of key projects and clients, whilst building upon and maintain existing consultancy contacts, each valued up to £100m

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading projects for overall build
• Involved in running of the business
• Overseeing multiple projects at the same time
• Ideally MRICS/MCIOB
• Proven track record delivering successful projects across a broad range and size
• Experience delivering new build projects
• Construction Project Management background
• Project Manager experience with a PQS/Consultancy

What we’re looking for:

• Experience ideally gained in a similar or related industry
• Degree qualified or equivalent and/or hold or working towards professional qualification (RICS, IACCM or similar)
• Experience leading and managing the overall build
• Previous experience with leading and managing teams
• Ability to estimate change / variations using various methods
• Good negotiation skills with ability to manage expectations
