We need dynamic, driven Product Strategists. This role is critical to support and lead the ongoing development of digital products and services. You will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering a quality service to the Department of Work and Pensions and the millions of citizens relying on these services.
As an Associate Product Strategist, you will:
• Support the Universal Credit portfolio teams to define the long-term strategy for the different aspects of the universal credit service.
• Be using agile approaches to produce exciting new developments to the service on a large scale.
• Liaise with all key stakeholders to support high level design and management of service objectives and impact new ideas and policies.
• Utilise the latest technologies and will be working in Multi-disciplinary teams, with data and user centred design.
• Be a member of the Universal Credit Product Strategy and Design community developing a full understanding of the strategy for Universal Credit.
• Working independently or as part of more complex enhancements with more senior Product Strategy Colleagues.

This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is where an employee works part of the week in their DWP office and part of the week from home. This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and your office will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business need but personal circumstances and other relevant circumstances will also be taken into account. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
