Job Summary:

ABC News is hiring an Associate Producer for ABC News Specialized Unit.

Responsibilities:

The Associate Producer works closely in planning and producing content across platforms for ABC News and Disney General Entertainment. They are expected to perform research, pitch writing, booking and sound editorial judgement and discretion. The position includes working in a fast paced environment and being on call 24/7/365.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be extremely organized, fluent in AVID, iNews, MARS, Sidekick, Ingest, Interplay and able to juggle several simultaneous long term projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in News

Required Education

BA or equivalent work experience
