Boeing Procurement team is currently looking for Procurement agent to join their team in Bangalore, India. These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) business organization. 

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with the manager to implement candidate-centric recruitment strategies helping to enable the BCA business to meet their organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Develop and inform contract and negotiation strategies

• Assess suppliers’ company health, performance and capability to deliver products and services

• Create source selection to ensure program and customer integration and alignment with their strategies

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions

• Evaluate supplier proposals for cost, lead time, quality and riskPrepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements

• Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management

• Monitor and manage supplier performance including root cause and recovery

• Initiate supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1-5 years of experience in a dedicated Procurement role

• 1-5 years of experience in a supply chain management role within Talent Acquisition

• Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 1 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +1 years\' related work experience.)
