The primary role of the Associate Online Payment Fraud Analyst is to assist the fraud team with daily chargeback monitoring, case investigations, and reporting. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to document and organize case records.
 
How you will make an impact:

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to payment dispute inquiries received from the merchant banks.
• Prepare chargeback reports for internal monitoring and tracking

 
We are looking for people who:

• Minimum 1 year’s work experience
• Finance or Accounting
• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Office (EXCEL)
• Time management
• Fluent in English

Desirable:

• Undergraduate Risk or Fraud Management
• Analytical thinking
• Data analytics
