Job Description
As an associate manager of recruitment marketing, you’ll lead a team of recruitment marketing specialists in positioning Progressive Insurance as a destination employer. Working closely with the Talent Marketing Manager, you’ll plan and execute a multi-channel strategy rooted in research. Implementing the annual operating objectives of our team requires reviewing high volumes of content with an attention to detail, as well as a larger understanding of how each piece fits into our overall strategy. As a leader in Progressive’s Talent Acquisition Group, you’ll train and develop your team while managing the day-to-day steps it takes to accomplish annual goals.
Our team’s office space is located in Mayfield Village, OH, with work from home days possible, but we’ll also consider fully remote applicants.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of marketing/communications and/or employment brand experience with a minimum of one of those years leading people, process, projects, or cross-functional teams.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of marketing/communications and/or employment brand experience, with a minimum of one of those years leading people, process, projects, or cross-functional teams.
Preferred skills
- Proficient in advertising, digital/social media, content marketing, and communication
- Experienced in creatively implementing strategy, responding to changing business needs quickly, and assessing success through measurement, including data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners in a matrix environment
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- $78,700 - $104,900/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
