Reporting to the Manager of Demand Forecasting, you will help support the Forecasting & Measurement team to create best-in-class projections. You will support projects to include identifying and building evidence-based models to forecast demand. You will be part of a team of highly collaborative, analytical thinkers with appetite for seeking out new ways to refine existing systems and processes.

You will:

• Guide an agile, analytically driven approach to identifying and defining business opportunities for growth. Develop learning plans, and execute and communicate learning related to Conagra Brands' present and future position in the marketplace.

• Work with the broader Demand Science team and vendors to improve and refine existing forecast methodology; look for ways to incorporate new data sets to promote more accurate results.

• Analyze and interpret historical syndicated data, industry and consumer behavior to build a deeper understanding of performance drivers.

• Engage and build relationships with Brand, Planning and Finance teams. Explain improvements made to existing systems and communicate resulting variations, and answer questions and collect feedback for continued process improvement.

• Develop tools and reports to promote further compliance and adoption of new processes across the organization.

• Drive application of a comprehensive range of research methodologies and suppliers, continuous improvement in techniques and cost.

You have:

• Experience producing high-quality, well-regarded insights, impactful recommendations and analytics work.

• Experience building business relationships to achieve sustainable partnerships and collaboration.

• Experience in an agile environment.

• Experience influencing others in a matrix organization without direct authority.

• Experience with Point of Sale (IRI, Nielsen) data.

• Coding experience (SQL, Python)
