Specialist, Learning & TM Operations

The Specialist, Learning & Talent Management Operations job contributes to the design, delivery and administration of training programs in accordance with the organization's learning and development plan. Under moderate supervision, this job works to meet the current and future human resource needs of the business by continuously improving current learning programs and enhancing the performance of individual employees.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Participates in the design and development of all elements of the organization's learning and development programs to foster learning and provide growth opportunities for employees within the organization.
• Utilizes technical knowledge of the organization's systems, databases and technologies to administer business unit training and development programs and troubleshoots any issues that may arise throughout delivery of the programs.
• Drafts learning procedure manuals, guides and course materials, such as handouts and visual materials, to support training efforts.
• Ensures employees are trained on general skills and competencies to be properly prepared for advanced learning and everyday administrative tasks.
• Partners with leadership and management teams to develop management skills and to implement best leadership practices within the organization.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
