Job Description:

As an integral member of the Internet Infrastructure Investment Banking team, Associates play a meaningful role in new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution focusing on a full range of merger and acquisition, strategic advisory, and debt and equity capital raising solutions within the industry.  Associates must demonstrate a mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models involved in transactions.  Associates are also charged with drafting internal and external documents and marketing materials utilized in transactions.  Associates often take a lead role in executing transactions and working with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties and other senior professionals on a daily basis.  As a result, strong organizational, communication and leadership skills are necessary to be effective in the position.

Minimum Requirements:

• MBA from a leading program or a BA/BS degree with at least 3 years of work experience as an investment banking analyst or in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of investment banking, financial markets, and financial products
• Mastery of financial and accounting concepts to facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models and presentation materials
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Concentration in Finance
• Previous background in financial services and/or experience as an investment banking analyst or associate
