The Purpose of Your Role

The Financial Analyst position within the FI Central Finance function supports the profitability model, as well as reporting and analysis for all Fidelity Institutional (FI) businesses. The analyst will have an opportunity to provide a broad range of financial analytics and reporting of revenue and expense trends to drive improved decision making at all levels of the organization!

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent training
• Excellent verbal and written communication with proficiency in data management
• Knowledge and creative use of financial and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Anaplan, PowerBI)

• Build and maintain financial allocations to reflect evolving business models
• Proactive partnership and communication with multiple business and Finance partners
• Evaluate and improve reporting and data consolidation processes
• Develop a strong understanding of FI’s financial results and profitability model to apply that knowledge to variance analyses
• Learn, implement, and apply new tools and business knowledge to continuously elevate coworkers, evolving with the change of the business
• Remain current on the latest developments in Finance and FP&A and share skills and knowledge with the function
