Responsibilities:

• Work with the Senior teams to ensure that project is delivered to plan and budget
• Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing training materials and training the client in the use of the configured solution.
• Supporting the client in testing the system prior to go live
• Supporting the client in data migration
• Providing on going support following go live
• Performs business process analysis, consultation, design, implementation, deployment and documentation of ERP software.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum One (1) year experience with implementation of ERP software.
