Join us as we build our cutting-edge marketing organization! We have an opening for an Associate Director, Multiple Myeloma Marketing for REVLIMID®, the number one selling oncology product globally. The Associate Director, Marketing will be a key member of the Hematology Marketing team, responsible for key REVLIMID MM initiatives. This product is positioned as a significant growth driver for the organization. This position will focus on US marketing initiatives that span across Multiple Myeloma supporting REVLIMID.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand key market trends and competitive environment to develop market insights critical to product strategy and communication.

  • Lead a key discipline of marketing to be determined upon hire (e.g. non-personal or personal promotion efforts, patient, or thought leader engagement)
  • Coordinate and manage brand tactical planning across the Myeloma franchise ensuring alignment across multiple functions including medical affairs, market access, marketing operations, sales, sales operations, market research, legal, regulatory, and other functions.  
  • Lead and manage various aspects of conference presence and initiatives.   
  • Manage advertising agency and other vendors to ensure execution towards franchise and hematology objectives.
  • Track and coordinate franchise budgets
  • Lead efforts to assess and optimize the marketing mix and resource allocation across teams and identify potential synergies and savings.   
  • Optimize thought leader engagement and planning efforts. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree require
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales experience
  • Experience in hematology/oncology therapeutic background is strongly preferred

  • Ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships and build alignment
  • Strong communication skills and track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers
  • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
  • Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally
