The Job

• Experience in API managers (WSO2 API manager experience would be an advantage)
• Experience in deploying and troubleshooting Java/NodeJs applications in a Microservice architecture
• Familiar with enterprise applications with multi-tier architecture
• Provide technical consultancy to both dev and support teams for issues and new builds on non-production and production environments
• Excellent analytical skills to identify issues, perform root cause analysis and apply fixes
• Understanding on infrastructure security and implementation concepts
• Understand secure deployments and deployments concepts, patching and fixing vulnerabilities
• Capacity calculations and management of infrastructure
• Experience in MySQL or any other relation databases
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to converse with foreign clients
• Basic knowledge of customer service (support) procedures
• Cloud certifications – AWS preferred (or GCP/Azure)
• Telco related technical experience would be an advantage

 
The Person

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an infrastructure/integration/production/DevOPs engineer
• B.Sc. in Information Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized University
• Hands on experience in working within Linux environments
• Hands on experience in scripting such as shell/bash, python, ansible
• Hands on experience in Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git
• Hands on experience in setup and manage CICD for multiple environments
• Hands on experience in monitoring & visualization tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Grafana, ELK
