We are looking for a talented attorney to support our rapidly growing logistics businesses in Europe. You will be an integral part of the business teams you support, serving as counsel on a variety of matters, including negotiating strategic commercial deals, advising on regulatory issues, and handling commercial and legal disputes. You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

The role can be based in either Luxembourg or London. Some travel may be required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong academic credentials
· A minimum of two years of post-qualification legal experience, with at least two years at an international law firm
· Strong transactional background dealing with commercial contracts
· High degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness but also desire to be challenged and think outside the box
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Great business judgment especially in ambiguous situations
· Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
· Excellent English language skills, including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficiency in additional European languages
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
· A team player and consensus builder with a good sense of humour
