We are looking for a talented attorney to support our rapidly growing transportation and logistics businesses in Europe. You will be an integral part of the business teams you support, advising on regulatory aspects of operations, programs and products, negotiating strategic transactions, and handling commercial issues and pre-litigation disputes. You will develop legal strategies, build compliance guardrails and simplify contract templates and processes in creative, business-centric ways.

The role is based in Luxembourg. Some travel may be required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong academic credentials
· Five or more years of post-qualification legal experience, with at least two years at an international law firm
· High degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness but also desire to be challenged and think outside the box
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Great business judgment especially in ambiguous situations
· Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
· Excellent English language skills, including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficiency in multiple European languages
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
· A team player and consensus builder with a good sense of humour
