The Senior Systems Analyst job works to support business intelligence projects and processes to ensure that data is analyzed and reported in a way to inform organization's business and product decision making process. Working independently with general supervision, this job applies business process knowledge and data analytics to translate data requirements into system requirements and to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.

• Assists with the development and implementation of business intelligence systems to develop data driven insights that support business operations.
• Gathers and documents system requirements and identifies potential issues and dependencies to support system implementations.
• Collects and blends historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses.
• Researches and analyzes industry and geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitors current and potential customer trends to help organization develop products and services and expand business.
• Applies practical knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories and techniques to inform business decisions.
• Liaises with other areas of the business, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to provide business intelligence insights and model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
