The Role

The OSG Client Services Communications Strategy & Support Associate Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with writing and editing of materials, facilitating legal and subject matter expert reviews, creating home office notifications, performing AWD letter template maintenance and is responsible for the management of workflow for this content.  Associates are expected to own their professional development plan and acquire additional skills that ensure continued growth and effective contributions to the organization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 

  • Bachelors or equivalent
  • 5+ years of operations and/or service experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills adhering to documented writing standards and protocols
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Organized and excellent time-management skills
  • Proficient in page design principles and formatting tools
  • Problem solver of all sizes and complexities
  • Ability to capably operate in a deadline-oriented environment working independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to provide analysis and strategic recommendations to team, management, and business partners to implement continuous improvements
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization
  • Identify areas of improvement and act with a willingness to innovate, take calculated risks and pursue creative solutions to business challenges
  • Comfort-level with setting up and facilitating meetings in Zoom preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Familiarity with eReview, SharePoint and JIRA, Adobe Premiere Pro/Illustrator (or similar video editing/imaging software) preferred

The Team

The OSG Client Services Communications Strategy & Support Team strategizes, consults, crafts and delivers internal and external communications to support internal and external clients. The Team supports the Client Services Senior Management team in the communication of initiatives, organizational strategies and changes, as well as the planning and execution of All Hands events and Virtual Office Hours.
