What you’ll do:  

 

As an Associate Brand Manager role, you will support our base business delivery and strategy with P&L responsibility and development of strategic business plans to achieve corporate and brand volume, profit and share objectives. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA Strongly preferred) and a minimum 3 years of work/intern experience in brand marketing or related field. Background in Consumer Goods (CPG) strongly preferred. 

  • Experience identifying, building and delivering growth initiatives in the fast-moving consumer packaged goods industry. 

  • Proven ability to deliver initiatives that have been realized and contributed significant gains in the capture of market share, revenue and volume growth, and operational efficiencies. Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities or problems and developing strategies that address them proactively. 

Business Segment Overview 

 

Conagra Brands delivered net sales in fiscal year 2021 of over $11 billion* through four reporting segments: Grocery & Snacks, Refrigerated & Frozen, International and Foodservice. 

  • Grocery & Snacks ($4.64 billion): Grocery & Snacks includes branded, shelf-stable food sold in various retail channels in the United States. We have four areas in Grocery & Snacks: Popcorn (e.g. Orville Redenbacher®, Act II®, Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP®), Sweet Treats (e.g. Duncan Hines®, Swiss Miss®, Snack Pack®), Meat Snacks (e.g. Slim Jim®, Duke’s®), and Seeds (e.g. BIGS®, DAVID®).​ 

  • Refrigerated & Frozen ($4.77 billion): Refrigerated & Frozen includes branded, temperature-controlled food sold in various retail channels in the United States. Conagra has  driven significant growth in frozen food  in recent years by contemporizing our portfolio. Our frozen food portfolio includes leading brands such as Birdseye®, Healthy Choice®, Marie Callender’s®, and Banquet®. 

  • International: ($939 million): International includes branded food products, in various temperature states, sold in various retail and foodservice channels outside of the United States. 

  • Foodservice: ($834 million): Foodservice includes branded and customized food products, including meals, entrees, sauces, and a variety of custom-manufactured culinary products packaged for sale to restaurants and other foodservice establishments, primarily in the United States. 

*Specific Fiscal Year â€™21 Net Sales amounts are based on FY21 earnings reporting.
