This position will sit out of our Irving, TX office and offer some telework, but will need candidates to be local to the area and able to commute regularly on site.

This role will utilize SAP to support Accounts Receivable processing in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, company policies/procedures, disclosure statements, and government regulations. Candidate shall demonstrate an understanding of accounting principles/concepts as well as good analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process incoming cash receipts, lockbox payments, check deposits, AR refunds, write-offs, and intercompany cash transfers

Maintain reporting for metric information, reconcile GL cash accounts

Support, analyze and research unidentified receipts with bank and/or customer

Assist with internal and external audit inquiries

Process web tickets and inquiries

Participate in projects and/or process improvement tasks as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related business field

Ability to commute regularly on site to the office in Irving, TX

Be able to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines

Attention to detail.

Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills

Microsoft Office suite skills, including Excel a must

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP experience

Experience in a financial services environment

AR/Cash application experiences

Government contracting experience

Understanding of FAR, GAAP, CAS, and SOX requirement

Salary Range: $48,900 USD - $73,300 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
