The Associate Account Executive supports the relationship with Commercial health plan clients. This position works in conjunction with an Account Executive Sr. Manager to own the annual renewal plan, develop long term account strategy and lead the resolution of client needs. The Associate Account Executive supports the identification of up sell and expansion opportunities and incorporating these into annual strategic plan. Also supports client retention, achieving corporate strategic goals relative to client base and overall customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support client relationships and ensure satisfaction levels are met.

Support client renewals, up sells and expansions and for meeting client retention targets.

Work with consultants as required.

Support the development of client-specific strategic plan, and ongoing monitoring of plan with adjustments made as necessary.

Support the delivery of client presentations.

Identify opportunities for maximizing revenue growth.

Interface with assigned clients and groups.

Special projects and tasks forces as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5-7 years of experience.

3+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to negotiate, organize, analyze and interpret information.

Ability to travel as needed to meet goals.

Working knowledge of financials.

Project management and presentation skills.

This role requires regular travel to client & customer sites & you must be fully vaccinated OR be required to undergo regular testing. If you’re unvaccinated, you will be required to self-test (test will be provided to you) and you must obtain a negative result no greater than three (3) calen-dar days prior to the meeting/travel departure.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
