Position Summary

Exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to support the Worldwide Customer Capabilities (WCC) organization.  In this role, the successful candidate will provide support for WCC organizational priorities, including management/oversight of WCC Communication Platforms, culture change projects, Return to the Workplace duties and other WCC wide key initiatives as determined by the WCC Strategic Planning and Operations Lead.  This individual will focus on developing innovative solutions to simplify and track key events and deliverables across the organization, proactively identify opportunities, and ensure those solutions are incorporated.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support continued evolution of a ONEWCC culture and employee engagement plan
  • Drive a culture that embraces diversity and inclusion, collaboration, well-being & innovation
  • Support business operations including functional budget planning, April / September projections, and identifying opportunities to reallocate resources as needed and ensure that the WCC teams meet their objectives
  • Support WCC Strategic Planning & Operations Lead in driving business, innovation and change both organizationally and culturally
  • Partner with WCC leaders and broader PPK matrix team in support of US workplace return planning and execution
  • Build a team calendar of events and assist with execution of both internal and external communication plans
  • Manage and optimize WCC communication platforms including SharePoint and Yammer
  • Execute on diversity & inclusion tactics as well as employee engagement initiatives
  • In partnership with WCC Culture Champions, support culture change initiatives to contribute to a rewarding ONEWCC mindset
  • Partner across WCC teams to optimize and streamline capability analytics & planning, as well as innovation initiatives to enhance effectiveness & impact

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry experience in Operations, Marketing or Sales roles preferred
  • Ability to network across the matrix, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Strategic and ability to take an enterprise view
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex, fast paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated detail orientation and consistent follow-up to achieve project goals
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction required
  • Project management experience
  • US and international business experience a plus
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Position will be based in the Princeton Pike, NJ site
