You should ideally;
· possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
· possess at least 15 years of executive experience with a minimum of 10 years at a managerial level with exposure to Payments and Cash Management, Product & P&L Management and strategy development for commercializing new products/services
· possess a strong business drive and demonstrated ability to deliver results
· possess excellent negotiation skills
· possess excellent analytical skills for financial analysis
· have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
· possess good team management skills
You will be responsible for leading the overall Payments and Cash Management (PCM) Business with direct involvement in sales, onboarding, integrations, servicing, enhancing profits and liability growth. Further, you are also responsible for implementing new product features, driving usage, providing an excellent service to retain existing customers whilst acquiring new customers across the business. You will also be expected to provide overall guidance to the support teams of the PCM business.
