Job Description
This role is member of the Health Care Operations team providing comprehensive support to the Leadership Team. You will need to be able to perform your duties while working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree as well as 5+ years of dynamic work experience supporting high level executive and/or leadership teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to successfully interact with all levels of senior management and associates
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- You are a polished executive assistant with successful corporate environment experience
- You are meticulous with details and possess strong communication and organizational skills
- You have the sophisticated ability to multi-task, have a service attitude towards the leaders you support, and operate with a proactive approach to anticipate needs and ensure success
- You can effectively interact with senior level management as well as associates
- You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with various personalities
- You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement
- You can identify areas where process and/or activities can be improved, make recommendations and implement ideas to improve efficiency
- You operate looking for best practices that other support professionals use that could be brought to Health Care Operations.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Skilled management of multiple complex calendars
- Ability to handle complex and detailed travel arrangements processing expenses for multiple members of the leadership team
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Back up and assist other administrative team members to ensure consistent, effective administrative coverage
- Creation and editing of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
- Skilled coordination of meetings across Fidelity and/or with external clients and vendors, including agenda development, arranging technical support, and catering
- Critical leader for Dynamic Work weeks, actively planning, proactively coordinating, and in-office owning purposeful on-site activities and functions determined to be essential, contributing feedback and ideas to that process
- Lead psychosocial benefits and activities, such as intra-Health Care Operations awards, thank you efforts, offsite, and team building planning and execution
