Job Description
ENGIE are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to be based in London. This is a permanent full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Adhere to the Company quality standards with the Site Manager, including the management of defects, compliance to specification and materials, monitoring the subcontractors and site operatives conduct and workmanship
- Assist the site manager from start to finish on site over a prolonged period, ensuring the project plan is adhered to and any delays are accounted for and remedied as soon as possible
- Attend internal and external project and Company related meetings as appropriate to understand the Construction Phase Plan Requirements, Costs, Sustainable solutions, Specification, Drawings, Preliminaries, Preambles and Contract Documentation

- Work closely with all departments and staff within the business and develop effective working relationships with internal staff and client representatives (i.e. the housing department) to ensure consistency of information and approach, keeping tenants / subcontractors fully informed with regard to the programme
