We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who is as relentless as our brand and passionate about upholding our core values.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships while meeting and exceeding goals
• Assist customers in the selection and purchase of merchandise by answering questions, demonstrating products and emphasizing features and benefits
• Partner with Store Manager to coach, develop and inspire the store team to exceed individual and team goals
• Execute product placement and visual standards consistent with company guidelines, creating a store environment representative of a premium brand
• Evaluate store performance and recommend action plans to increase store productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ years of experience working with premium brands in retail, hospitality or related
• High School Diploma AND 3+ years of experience working with premium brands in retail, hospitality or related
