Job Summary:

Global Operations is focused on developing an operational model that enables efficiency, scale, productivity, and new ideas across CPGP. Consumer Product Operations supports the Global Product Creation team and oversees project management and operations across GPC, multiple new business models and regions including ongoing automation, process improvement and optimization to ensure team's success. The CP Production Artist will partner team members, Design and Character Artists, Operations and the Digital Media Center in the preparation and retirement of assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accessible style guides (i.e., artwork, print, pattern, and 3D mockups) for DCP Central Creative.
  • Drive processes to ensure assets meet aesthetic and functional standards while working side by side with design and character art teams.
  • Communicate throughout project on every step of the process while keeping milestone essential dates in mind.
  • Develop style guides, packaging guides and retail guides from concept to completion for Licensing, Owned and Operated, Marvel and 20th Century.
  • Work with internal partners (i.e. design, character art, operations, and packaging) to influence and support design and the development process from concept to production.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years related work experience
  • Understand Disney characters and Disney storytelling
  • Project manage timelines and milestones
  • Manage a variety of projects and issues simultaneously
  • Boost productivity and organize tasks with structure and order
  • Experience with all elements of design: page layout, color and typography
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign-File manipulation in Photoshop i.e.: color correction, clipping paths

Required Education

  • BA/BS in a related field (Graphic Design) or equivalent work experience
