Make an impact by bringing your digital marketing execution skills and affiliate marketing experience to our Ecommerce Performance Marketing team!
•Oversee and manage our growing Affiliate Program in EMEA across market groups including Western Europe (UK, Germany, France, Nordics), and REEMEA (Russia, Eastern Europe and MEA).
•Participate in weekly standup reporting sessions around our sales plans, update teams on EMEA digital performance, and implement the action plans for our Performance Marketing & SEO team.
•Drive effectiveness in our affiliate marketing program across EMEA, establishing strong relationships and building new publisher partnerships to grow LEGO.com.
•Identify new opportunities for growth in our EMEA markets, focusing on ecommerce metrics for sales, new audience growth, and engagement.
•Maintain a broad view across digital performance marketing levers including affiliate marketing, search marketing, and programmatic, and support functional teams gain local insights to improve performance.
LEGO Retail is a fast-paced, energetic team which is concentrated on building up the LEGO Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on ecommerce and audience-first brand building experiences.

Working within our branded ecosystem, this role will be strongly tied to digital performance metrics across clear KPIs that support not only the online business, but the wider LEGO Group. Further, with LEGO.com’s unique position as a brand lighthouse, this role will be especially focused on building brand engagement, and ultimately finding innovative ways to deliver incremental visitors and shoppers into the LEGO world – with a keen eye on data and insights.
•Significant digital marketing experience across multiple digital channels, including SEM, SEO, PPC, affiliate, and display.
•Hands-on affiliate marketing experience across big networks including ideally any of Amazon Associates, Rakuten, AWIN, Webgains, Commission Junction or others in this space.
•Excellent communication skills are required, and comfortable in presenting both broad and detailed views on performance marketing channels.
•Exceptionally structured and organised approach to performance data; proficient levels in excel and analytics.
•Budgeting experience across digital channels, with general knowledge of basic finance principles.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced team, and excited by problem-solving complex challenges, becoming a change lead, and approach obstacles pragmatically.
•Hands-on affiliate marketing experience as a publisher, advertiser or affiliate network account lead preferred
•Adobe Analytics experience is useful
