• An individual with an outgoing personality equipped with good public relation skills with Hoteliers and Reservations department etc.
• Room Reservations and Rate Negotiations with Hotels 
• Experience in the tourism trade 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala 
• Previous experience in handling high-end clients 
• Experience in independent planning and implementing of tour itineraries and costing
• Minimum 03 years experience in the hotel and tourism trade (Manager minimum 5 years experience)
• Computer literate 
• Confident in delivering results and achieving sales target 
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude 
• Planning and executing of inbound Tour Itineraries 
• All the arrangements in relation to Ground Handling e.g. allocation & briefing of Guides & Drivers, liaising with the Company Transport Division, etc. 
• Accompanying Principals / Agents on Familiarization Tours

• Qualifications in the field of hospitality or tour management 
• Fluent in a foreign language (e.g. German, French etc...) 
• Valid driving license
