Requirements :
- You will mainly work on financial models, business valuations, information memorandums & investment structures on sell-side/buy-side M&As and equity capital market transactions.
- You will work with the deal-lead to co-ordinate due diligence, negotiate transaction terms and execute transactions.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/transaction services, management/strategy consulting or private equity/venture capital.
- A Sound working knowledge of financial modeling and corporate finance valuation methods.
