Assistant Manager - Human Resources (Male Candidates only) will be responsible for: 

• Handle the recruitment and on boarding process Submitting periodic records to regulatory bodies (EPF/ETF/PAYE) and Payroll processing. 
• Conducting and arranging on the job training for staff. 
• Attend to all other daily HR functions. 
• New policy development to strengthen the capabilities of the staff.

The ideal candidate should :

• Should possess a Diploma in HRM or Business Administration. 
• More than 3 years experience in HR & Payroll. 
• Good communication skill in both English / Sinhala (Written & Spoken) 
• Up to date knowledge of labour laws, industrial & employee relations, general compliance and HR related systems 
• Good with MS Office package 
• Ability to coach, communicate and negotiate with all level of employees
