I am looking for a cooperating manager for a client in The Hague. You are then both HBO supervisor and manager in the department. The client created this function to support the vision of the Triple-C methodology. As a cooperating manager you have an important role in this because you coach and direct your colleagues with regard to the Triple C methodology. You do this from the proximity of the workplace. As an HBO supervisor you will work with clients with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. This involves high context sensitivity, ASD and attachment problems. With the team you take the wishes and dreams of the clients seriously and you bring out the best in your colleagues.

What exactly are you going to do:

• As a cooperating manager, you participate in the roster and you perform client-related work;
• As a cooperating manager, you take on managerial tasks, such as operational management and fleshing out the personnel policy. You are also responsible for the budget and the annual plan. You create an optimal treatment and learning climate for both employees and clients;
• As a cooperating manager, you form a triangle together with the practitioner and the care manager. Together you take care of the form and content of the treatment climate. You use the Triple C values, Middin's vision on care and your personal values;
• The role of manager who works in the department is made for you if you are not afraid of resistance from clients and/or employees.

Job requirements

• Completed professional HBO Bachelor education and knowledge and experience with care coordination;
• Available 32-36 hours a week;
• Infrequently available;
• Experience with the client target group intellectually disabled (ID) and difficult-to-understand behavior (MVG) is a requirement;
• Familiar with the Triple-C methodology and/or prepared to undergo further training here.
