Challenges you’ll face:
- Working with General Manager and working closely with Marketing on crafting & implementation of business development, sales, marketing strategies to achieve the overall objectives.
- Acquire and expand the customer base to achieve the targeted revenue growth.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of the company engagement with existing & potential clients.
- Build customer network & convert potential leads to active accounts.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in Business Developments in B2B Travel & tourism operation with good industry contacts.
- Self-Driven & Target Oriented.
- Professional educational qualifications in the relevant field.
- Ability to travel and work beyond the regular working hours as job demands.
- Strong relationship-building and excellent customer service skills.
- Good Team Player with Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Age below 35 years.
