Who We Are Looking For?

• Understanding of insurance pricing strategies and concepts
• Strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data and have a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and basic understanding of programming skill
• Fast-learner, eager and willing to learn/share new skills and knowledge
• Team player with strong communication skills to work with senior management and stakeholders across the company (both actuaries and non-actuaries)
• Good communication skill in English
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Actuarial science or similar, progress with actuarial professional qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in actuarial area

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate premium, financial profitability and commercial deal as requested from Business partner and coordinate with Regional Office to get the product or deal approval (if required)
• Working closely with other teams to set up the product to the system especially premium part
• Prepare profitability analysis pre and post launched campaign
• Closely track profitability movement for each business partner
• Assisting in initiative campaigns to up lift the profitability of the company
• Manage Actuarial financial team and pricing model
• Conduct a specific experience to support the profitability assumption in financial model (if required)
