Responsibilities
·In-house and agency driven digital campaign execution including transaction reconciliation
·Website content management for the resort collection; SEO audits setups for the new websites and pre-launch web project management
·Onsite and Offsite SEO, including link building
·Content Marketing & Social Media management
·Reputation management
·E-mail marketing
·Search traffic analysis and traffic monitoring for the Resort collection
·Hotel booking engine audits and reviews
·Rate parity audits between brand site and OTAs
·Tracking code implementation and troubleshooting
·MarTech platform management support
·Provide weekly/monthly performance updates to top management/clients
·Assist with Invoice and contract management for digital services
Desirable Job knowledge & skills
·Hotel domain. cluster, global or chain experience will be an advantage
·Online distribution, digital advertising, and e-commerce for hotels including exposure to guest-facing and operation hospitality industry solutions.
·Digital advertising: Google Search Network, Display, Video & Bing Ads; Exposure to Sojern, AffiliRed; TripAdvisor CPC, meta ads; or Double-Click, DSP, RTB or programmatic advertising will be an added advantage.
·Experience in Google Analytics or similar
·Intermediate experience in setting up and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across different platforms
·Social Media Advertising: Facebook ( pages and ads), Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Youtube etc.
·Hotel booking engines: Intermediate experience. Exposure to Sabre Synxis, Travel Click or other booking engines
·Rate shopping: Intermediate experience. Exposure to OTA insights, RateGain or other rate shopping tool will be an added advantage
·Intermediate experience with website content management e.g. WordPress
·Experience in email marketing, campaign creation, database segmentation, and distribution.
·Basic understanding of content marketing
·Basic graphic designing and video editing
·Basic HTML and CSS and experience with CMS
·Familiarization of OTAs, Meta Search, and Extranets. Having experience of running special offers on OTAs will be an added advantage
·Familiarization of payment processors, payment gateways and payment solution provider implementation
·Basic understanding to operate on both Mac OS and Windows OS and cross devise data transfer and syncs between laptops, ios and android will be an advantage
·Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
·Basic understanding in hosting video calls on different video call platforms
·Ability to prioritize projects, time and project manage
·Fluent English, reading and writing inclusive of compulsive spelling. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
·Good research skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
·Flexibility, as this is not a routine job with fixed office times and weekends
AND
·Ability to live and work in a remote island. Experience in working in a multi-cultural work environment will be an added advantage
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification. This may include diploma(s) or higher in Digital Marketing/E-Commerce with working experience
