AES Clean Energy Assistant Controller

The Clean Energy Assistant Controller is responsible for the coordination, preparation and recording of the financial transactions as a result of operations under US GAAP, including supporting interim and annual financial results for all renewal businesses in North America. Other responsibilities include the formulation of and adherence to the company’s financial policies, accounting practices and procedures in US GAAP, its internal controls and processes, and the preparation of financial reports. This position involves supervision over general accounting, operational accounting, fixed assets accounting, accounts payable, revenue accounting, and oversight of other processes impacting the accounting books and records, including select functions with outsourced providers.
