Position Summary

Work closely with Lead-Environment, Climate Change & Sustainability Research wing to secure business target. Supervise team under the guidance of Department Lead in preparing Quality Research Proposals (Technical & Financial), budget, report writing, client presentation & M&E related activities ensuring retention of existing and creation of new customer base.

Job description

• Explore Opportunities of Research published by International and National organization and plan accordingly towards getting awarded.• Develop the network (internal and external) and execute the overall Business process of the department.• Build connection with resources and stakeholder's from International organizations like ADB, WB, GIZ, etc. and other Development agencies working in Bangladesh.• Build connection with resources and stakeholders from National (private and public) organization like DoE, MOEF, SREDA, City Corporation etc. and other authorities and regulatory bodies working in Bangladesh those exploring development research's and diffract Impact analysis.• Explore EOI/RFW regular basis and develop unique research proposal with suitable methodologies and tools to address the Objective as per Environmental Research requirements.• Support as self-motivated team member during conducting any research projects, M&E related activities comes at all the stages from planning and designing to report drafting, data analysis, and results dissemination in order to provide holistic solutions to clients in Environmental research project.• Co-lead client relationships with Lead for Environment, Climate Change & Sustainability research projects, and ensure research deliverables meet high quality standards that are actionable and reflect GRM highest level of commitment for their clients.• Develop research proposals for clients to collaborate with Customer and other respective parties.• Monitor won projects to ensure quality and maintain time & cost efficiency• Supervise as per guidance of Department Lead & provide training and necessary support for internal team so that they can be equipped to understand, execute, manage, and serve effectively requirements of the existing and new clients.
