Please review the following job description:

This member of the Asset Securitization Group’s subscription finance team will originate, structure, underwrite and distribute asset securitization transactions and asset backed securities while working constructively with Structuring and Portfolio Management. Collaborate with internal partners including Banking, Risk, Operations, and Legal to achieve seamless execution, appropriate risk mitigation and strong client experience. Prior subscription finance experience a plus, but not a requirement.

1. Develop subject matter expertise and begin to translate knowledge into value added ideas.
2. Demonstrate strong technical skills
3. Manage execution in support of senior originators. 
4. Collaborate with internal partners, including risk, to achieve optimal execution.
5. Mentor and develop analyst teammates.
