Job Description

ENGIE are recruiting for an Asset Planner to be based in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park London. This is a FTC running until June 2022 working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Asset Planner will ensure that resources are managed efficiently and effectively to optimise maintenance of assets, ensuring statutory compliance

What will you deliver?

  • Manage performance using Plan vs Actual reporting, Period reporting and regular PDR meetings working closely with maintenance supervisors

  • Manage the programme change requests ensuring that all changes are logged for audit purposes, CAFM system updated, and the maintenance programme is revised

  • Generate the following period’s work orders and period maintenance plan of the period, communicating the plan to relevant stakeholders for scheduling and access.

  • Manage periodic PPM reporting using BI

  • Planning of plant outages, major overhauls, preventative maintenance schedules and routine maintenance activities

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent IT skills (ability to use word and excel to intermediate level) with proven ability to understand complex, bespoke technology and produce / understand management information

  • Ability to use Power BI and Microsoft Projects

  • Knowledge or proven experience of forecasting in a contact centre environment

  • Experience of working with Workforce Management software and/ or resource planning function
