Business Management team is primarily responsible for running and analyzing internal business metrics data (client revenue, returns, backlog management, client calling, exposure, risk capital, RWA, etc.) and wallet analysis and supporting various franchise initiatives and internal strategy presentations.
Role Outline/Job Summary
Preparing reports and presentations on franchise performance for presentation to senior management, focusing on revenue and backlog analysis, as well as calling intensity Analysis around budgeting by client and by product, and reviews of the target market Participate in planning, execution and follow ups of Management disciplines including franchise reviews, client planning, and project specific items Communication with bankers, business managers and product partners on business metrics, including client prioritization, coverage, revenue, returns, pipeline Conducting revenue analysis, including investigations in case of missing or incorrect booking of revenues, and working with product partners to ensure that revenues are properly recorded Track Wallet Ranking and Market Share, including any queries on wallet data discrepancies with Citi’s internal system Reporting and analyses related to various metrics, such as; Revenues, Wallet, Outstanding and Unused Commitment (OSUC); GAAP Assets; Return on Risk Capital (RORC); Risk Weighted Assets (RWA); Return on Basel III Capital (ROBC); which help senior management to run the franchise Remediation on an ongoing basis of the client ownership and hierarchy of every GFCID requiring a KYC Track and update KYC ownership for all clients where the business ownership changes, e.g. CIB client transferred to local CCB unit. Align the client ownership and managed country in the system to actual KYC ownership. i.e. a CIB RM is handling a CIB owned client only Look for efficiency on day to day reporting by automating as much as possible

1. Support Asia with Business Managers / Senior Bankers running the Franchise
2. Analyzing internal financial metrics data / wallet analysis
3. Understanding the business / franchise supported
4. Focus on efficiency and attention to details
