Job Description
The Work You’ll Do Under the Deloitte Project Team:
- Create layouts and visuals that intrigue and inspire your peers and stakeholders – with smart rationale to back them up
- Design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables
- Collaborate and partner with copywriters to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect synch to make the concept as powerful, vivid and compelling as possible
- Having UX skills is a plus
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience
- Develops integrated marketing campaigns that leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success
- solving tools, to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Provides creative ideas and input to enhance communication programs
- Supports delivering Deloitte’s story to a variety of stakeholders through multiple communication channels and thought leadership initiatives as defined by our corporate communications strategy
- Skilled in Adobe Creative and Marketing Clouds (i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Brings creative concepts to life through video production and motion design
- Manages print, digital, and video production projects
- Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
- Demonstrates leadership, maturity, and accountability through extra-curricular and community activities
- Exhibits a high level of professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of navigating and performing research on the Internet
- Drives the creative process to produce high-quality, original content
- Leverages technology to support and enhance communication processes
