Responsibilities
Conduct periodic audits and takes appropriate actions as required.Â
Identifyfraud and loss by analyzing reporting i.e. EAS systems, CCTV systems, point of sale reporting, cash controls, safety, theft, and operational errors.Â
Coordinate and lead Loss Prevention Training for management teams.Â
Recommend changes to the organization; support agreed upon solutions and execute organizational strategiesÂ
Manage overall research, analysis and interpretation of shrink/loss/safety trends and develops strategies for improvement.Â
Ensure store visit audits are executed throughout the area/territory.Â
Work collaboratively with discipline business partners to identify key issues, and develop solutions.Â
Identify and resolve shrink control deficiencies.Â
Lead/Conduct Internal theft/fraud/policy violation investigations and interviews.Â
Ensure thorough documentation and management of cases until conclusion.Â
Work with law enforcement as needed for resolution of internal and external cases.Â

Ability to motivate, inspire and influence a team .Â
Must have the ability to lead through adversity and overcome objectionsÂ
Qualifications
5 - 7 years Asset protection I Loss Prevention multi store experience.
 College Degree preferred, but not required.Â
Must be a Leader regarding safety training & safe practices.Â
40% Travel ExpectedÂ
- Completed W-Z, W-Z advanced, CFIÂ preferred.
