Key expert in the area of mixing and grinding for the RLB site. Member of the triad that leads all aspects of technical development. Provides input into all Q&FS, safety, MSE and reliability tasks. Also key part of the overall capital plan for the site in the area.

What are we looking for?

• Outstanding communication skills
• Great technical knowledge of grinding, dosing, and mixing
• Ability to lead small teams to drive results
• Knowledge of MSE, BDA, and AM principles

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Create start-up procedures for brand new grinding side
• Ensure all correct technical documentation is available to technicians
• Strategically lead projects to increase productivity and guarantee food safety
• Train technicians to ensure site runs at defined levels
